The biggest hip-hop festival in the world will also take place in Praia da Rocha in Portimão. After making a splash in the United States, Rolling Loud is coming to Europe for the second time and promises to bring big names in hip-hop and the trap subgenre. Following the success of the 2022 edition, the three-day festival will feature Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, and Meek Mill as headliners. Alongside these names, artists such as Central Cee, Kodak Black, Lil Durk and Glorilla will also be present.
Because the festival does not have a camping area, it is best to book a holiday apartment. Choose one of our apartments that are still available during the Rolling Loud Festival dates. You can check in whenever you want and enter and exit the flat whenever you want.

The exhibition highlights the love of music and passion for jazz of Manuel Guerreiro (1932 - 2005). His musical path was relevant and creative, and is what this exhibition honours. Various stages of the musician's life are recreated through objects, photos, posters, and memories, including a replica of the stage and furniture of "Manoel's Jazz Club" in Monte Carvoeiro.

Lagos Banho 29 is a popular tradition of bathing in the sea on the night of 28-29 August. One bath on this day is said to be equivalent to 29 baths, and this end-of-summer ritual is passed down from generation to generation. So far, the municipality has not announced any concerts for this tradition. However, midnight bathing always takes place on the city's beaches, and a competition in old swimming costumes is held in the city centre.
