This is a brand new 1st floor apartment in a new luxury development near Porto Mos beach. It has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a large double bed and a bathroom ensuite (including hydrotherapy bath and overbath shower) while the second bedroom has two single beds and has use of the second shower room. The high quality fitted kitchen is bright and practical and has the usual 'mod cons', such as washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. There is also a balcony off the kitchen giving a view of the distant mountains.

The lounge/dining area looks out onto another balcony overlooking the pool area and the luscious gardens with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The lounge has two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a large colour TV with a digibox, and a DVD/CD player. There is background sound system in the lounge, bedrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning is in the lounge and in both bedrooms.

The large balcony off the lounge catches the sun all day and is ideal for eating al-fresco while still enjoying the beautiful views until the late evening.

The apartment is only a short walk to Porto Mos beach and a 5 minute drive to the nearest golf course, Boavista, and only a 5 minute drive to the old, historic town of Lagos with its many restaurants and new marina. There is a private parking space in the underground garage at the apartment.
