Next to the Church of San Sebastian, this apartment occupies a premier position at the highest point in old town Lagos. The roof deck offers 360 degree views of the Atlantic and Lagos and access is restricted to the two third floor apartments. From here you can look down on the Plaza Gil Eanes, the very heart of Lagos, or out over the Atlantic; watch the masts of the sailboats gliding by upriver to the Marina. There is also an uninterrupted view of the undulating historic west wall.

From the apartment it is a short walk to the grand beach of Meia Praia or the more intimate cliff protected beach of Dona Ana. There is free parking near the Church or along the river promenade and it is a 12 mins walk from the train station and about 5 mins from the bus depot. There is an internet cafe close by and is within sight of some of the best restaurants in Lagos, as well as several grocers. As for the bars, it is not so close that you can hear the noise, but near enough to walk the few mins home and watch the sun rise out of the Atlantic.

There are 2 bedrooms and bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, air conditioning / heat and sliding glass doors opening onto the veranda which runs the length of the apartment and is a good spot to lounge in the afternoon sun.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds, air conditioning and a window opening onto the light shaft, which is open on this floor to the kitchen and living room. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower and the kitchen has all the necessary mod cons such as a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with bottom freezer, microwave, gas stove and oven, The living room has a full size leather sofa, leather love seat, TV with DVD and cable (many English channels).

This property is ideal for 2 couples or a family, there is lots of privacy and plenty for children to do nearby.
