The flat is decorated with eclectic touches and vibrant colours. The living room is spacious and has plenty of natural light and is furnished with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed, allowing 2 children or 1 adult to sleep (comfortably). There is an additional charge of 10 € per night/per person for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped and has a dining table, as well as direct access to the balcony where you can relax reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink. The double bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The service bathroom is next to this bedroom. Recently A/C was installed in the living room and both bedrooms, which is a plus on hot days. There is access to wi-fi and portuguese cable TV.
The condo has a beautiful free form pool, jacuzzi, landscaped gardens and pool shower where you can relax on days when you choose not to go to the beach.
The surrounding areas offer numerous attractions, bars, restaurants and traditional shops, as well as the Lagos Marina which is perfect for an evening stroll. In the vicinity there are several beaches where you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
A "Winter Let" applies in bookings with a minimum stay of 1 month and maximum of 5, available between November and March.
The price stated includes:
- Preparation of the apartment
- Extra linen and towels.
- Electricity usage.
- Water usage.
- Internet.
The usage of gas will be charged separately. We will read the meter on arrival and, again, 2 days before check-out and send you the amount to be paid.
Additional cleaning can be organized at 15€ per hour.
We will also charge a damage deposit in the amount of 500€.
To guarantee the booking, we request a minimum payment of 30% and the remaining up to 6 weeks before arrival.
