This is a lovely modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the hugely popular development set just behind the near Porto de Mós beach.
The beach is within walking distance, just 700 metres and has 2 wonderful restaurants as well as a gorgeous stretch of golden sand.
The condominium has a beautiful free form pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful landscaped gardens and pool shower. Underneath the building is the garage.
The terraced garden off the living room has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area, making it an ideal choice for those families with children, as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times, while still enjoying the view.
The living /dining room has leather sofas, one of the sofas converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with hydrotherapy bath and over bath shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and use of the second shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and Air conditioning.
