Apartment Seacrest is very well located within a luxury development near Porto de Mós beach.
The beach is within walking distance, just 700 metres and has 2 wonderful restaurants as well as a gorgeous stretch of golden sand.
The ground floor property has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and a ensuite bathroom (with hydrotherapy bath and overbath shower) while the second bedroom has two single beds and use of the second shower room. Both rooms have Aircon, fitted wardrobes and patio doors.
The condominium has a beautiful free form pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful landscaped gardens and pool shower. Underneath the building are the garage spaces.
The living room/dining area and master bedroom overlook the pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful gardens. The terrace off these rooms has a little garden and private gate which leads directly onto the pool area, making it an ideal choice for those families with children, as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times, while still enjoying the view.
The lounge is equipped with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is an additional cost of €5 pppn for additional guests sleeping on the sofa bed.
The high quality fitted kitchen is bright and practical, and has the usual 'mod cons', such as washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. There is a large terrace off the kitchen which catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.
A really lovely home in the sun. For groups or larger families we have 2 other apartments within this same resort, Sanctuary (in the same block) and Seaview (in the block next door). The city walls of Lagos are just 1.9 km from the apartment (a 4 minute drive). From there you can park and walk straight in the town’s Historical centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets. For golfers, Boavista Golf course just a 3 minute drive will bring you to Boavista Golf course making this apartment an ideal holiday get away for all.
