The apartment, set 1 row back from the cliff top, is just 70 metres – essentially a few steps from the large (40 meter long) communal pools.
The award winning Dona Ana beach is just a few minutes’ walk, (270 metres) from the apartment, with access via walkway and steps at the front of the resort, below the pool area.

• Air Conditioning for heating throughout

• Fitted Kitchen with breakfast bar
• Lounge with Patio doors out to a large balcony

A "Winter Rental" is a minimum of 1 month up to a maximum of 6 months available between October and March with a possibility of extending to April if required.

• Preparation clean
• Extra bed linen and towels will be left, to enable you to be able to launder them.

• Utility bills i.e. Electricity, & Water
Additional cleaning can be arranged at 11 Euros per hour plus VAT
To secure a booking we request a 30% deposit with the final balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
There will also be a security deposit of €500 required
